- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of water-based ink ballpoint pens and pens. This standard applies to water-based pens for general writing and document writing (water-based ballpoint pens with lift-up and non-replaceable core types) and pens (hereinafter referred to as "water-based ballpoint pens" and refills).
