Scope

This standard specifies the TLC method for the determination of ochratoxin A in grains and soybeans. This standard applies to the determination of ochratoxin A in wheat, corn and soybean. The minimum detectable amount of ochratoxin A on the TLC plate was 4ng. The minimum detection amount of this method is 10μg/kg.
