Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classifications and codes, testing items and test methods of insulating coatings on cold-rolled electrical steel strips (sheets). This standard is applicable to the insulating coating formed by coating on the surface of cold-rolled electrical steel strip (sheet) after the preparation of inorganic components, organic components and their compounds, and the surface is oxidized.
