- This standard specifies the test method for temperature characteristics of interlayer insulating coatings on electrical steel sheets (strips). This standard applies to the test of the temperature characteristics of the interlayer insulation coating of electrical steel sheets (strips) within the temperature range from room temperature to 800 °C. It includes the following properties of the material: a) adhesion; b) interlayer resistance; c) compression/package coefficient.
