Scope
DBS42/ 006-2022 Food Safety Local Standard Arrowroot This standard replaces DBS42/ 006-2021 Food Safety Local Standard Arrowroot. This standard is applicable to powdered arrowroot or kudzu (or kudzu) (genus species) as raw materials, which are cleaned and crushed It is made from food processing techniques such as filtration, impurity removal, precipitation, and drying, and needs to be cooked in boiling water before consumption.
