The detection methods related to formaldehyde in vegetables are relatively limited. The existing liquid phase detection methods have complex operation processes and certain matrix interference. This standard adopts liquid-mass spectrometry method, which can simply and conveniently determine the formaldehyde content in vegetables, providing technical support for the supervision of harmful substances in vegetables.
