Scope
This part of GB/T(Z)6113 specifies how to apply the uncertainty (MIU) of the measuring equipment and facilities when judging the compliance of the equipment under test (EUT) according to the CISPR disturbance limits. When the measurement results and conclusions are affected by the uncertainty of the measurement equipment and facilities used for testing, the content of this section is also related to the electromagnetic compatibility test. Note: According to the IEC107 guideline, CISPR16-4-2 is the basic EMC standard used by the product committee of IEC. As stated in IEC Guide 107, it is the product committee's responsibility to determine the applicability of this EMC standard.
