- This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of low-pressure mercury vapor discharge ultraviolet germicidal lamps (hereinafter referred to as "lamps"). This document applies to ozone-free or ozone-free products produced with quartz glass or other UV-transparent glass, with a peak UV radiation wavelength of 253.
