Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the specifications, functions and performance of chassis dynamometers, exhaust analyzers, flow meters and sampling systems that are the main equipment for measuring exhaust pollutants using the transient operating condition method of ignition engine vehicles. Test methods, basic requirements for computer control software functions; project requirements and test methods for daily equipment inspection of testing stations, on-site installation equipment inspection of testing stations and type approval equipment inspection. This standard applies to the production, use and type approval inspection of exhaust pollutant measurement equipment using the transient operating condition method for ignition engine vehicles. This standard is promulgated for the first time.
