This part of GB/T5832 specifies the method principles, instrument requirements, measurement steps, result processing and test reports for the determination of trace moisture in gases using the quartz crystal oscillation method. This section is applicable to the determination of trace moisture in hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, sulfur hexafluoride, carbon monoxide, nitrous oxide, air and other gases and their mixed gases. It is not applicable to quartz crystals. There are corrosive gases and gases that can react with moisture. Measuring range: 0.1×10-6 (volume fraction) ~ 2000×10-6 (volume fraction).
