This part of GB/T3323 is based on the basic theory and practical experience of digital radiography and stipulates the use of computerized radiography (CR) technology and digital imaging (DR) technology using digital array detectors (DDA) for X-ray and X-ray analysis of welded joints of metal materials. General technologies and requirements for gamma ray digital detection, including technical levels, general requirements and recommended technologies for X and gamma ray digital detection technology (detector system selection, transillumination technology control, image acquisition and display requirements), etc., stipulates Minimum requirements for obtaining digital detection images with the same detection sensitivity as the film-based radiographic detection technology in Part 1 of this standard (GB/T3323.1). This section applies to CR technology using storage fluorescence imaging boards (IP boards) and DR technology using digital array detectors (CDDA), detection boards, tube welding joints or other welding joints. This section does not include acceptance levels for digital radiographic testing of welded joints of metallic materials. If the parties to the contract adopt detection conditions lower than those in this section, the quality of the detection images is likely to be significantly reduced.
