This document describes the determination of vanadium, silicon, phosphorus, manganese, aluminum, iron in ferrovanadium by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination of vanadium, silicon, phosphorus, manganese, aluminum and iron in the analysis of ferrovanadium.
