Scope

This standard specifies the basic technical requirements for mammalian bone marrow chromosome aberration test. This standard is applicable to evaluate the genotoxicity of chemical, biological and physical factors involved in food production, processing, preservation, transportation and sales that may cause health hazards to bone marrow cells of mice and mice.
