This standard specifies the basic technical requirements for the test of mouse testis chromosome aberration. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the chemical, biological and physical factors involved in the process of food production, processing, storage, transportation and sales that may cause health hazards to the chromosome damage of the whole mammalian testicular germ cells.
