This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and basic requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of canned soy sauce and conch. This standard applies to canned conch in soy sauce made from fresh or frozen snail meat, processed, seasoned, canned, sealed and sterilized.
