- This standard specifies the principle, term and definition, test method and result calculation of the time-by-hour evolution detection method for the release rate of formaldehyde. This standard is applicable to the detection of the release rate of formaldehyde, tea, first tea, dimethyl tea, and total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) in wooden furniture. The detection of the release rate of other volatile organic compounds can be implemented by reference.
