Scope

This standard specifies the analytical method principles, reagents and materials, instruments and sample preparation equipment for wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy analysis method, sample preparation, analytical testing, result reporting and safety precautions. This standard is applicable to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of all elements in the sample with a mass fraction between 4Be~92U and a range of ug/g~100% using a wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.
