Scope

1   Scope This document specifies a procedure for the determination of the content, as a percentage mass fraction, of 2-glyceryl monopalmitate in olive oils and olive-pomace oils that are liquid at ambient temperature (20 °C). NOTE This document is based on COI/T.20/Doc. No 23/Rev.1:2017 [ 7 ] .
