Scope: This guiding technical document gives instructions and guidance on the blue light hazard assessment of all lighting products whose main radiation energy is in the visible light range (380nm~780nm). Through optical and spectral calculations, the photobiological safety measurement described in GB/T20145 is obtained. Tell us about the product and, if the product is intended to be a component of a higher level lighting product, how this information can be passed from the component (e.g. LED package, LED module or lamp) to the higher level lighting product (e.g. lamps) method. Appendix C gives a summary of recommendations to help consistently apply GB/T 20145 to evaluate the blue light hazard of light sources and lamps. Note: It is expected that the safety standards of HID and LED products will refer to this technical guidance document.
