This document specifies a general test method for the determination of the Charpy impact strength of thermoplastic tubing. --- Method A: Use unnotched samples, and express the result as a percentage of the number of damaged samples to the total number of samples. --- Method B: A single notch sample is used, and the result is expressed in terms of impact strength. --- Method C: use a double-notch sample, and express the result in terms of impact strength. This document applies to the determination of the Charpy impact strength of thermoplastic pipes.
