Scope
This standard applies to food additives made from chlorophyll extracted from silkworm excrement or grasses (such as tall fescue, alfalfa, nettle, etc.), spirulina and other plants, or directly using chlorophyll as raw material and then undergoing copper substitution reaction. Chlorophyll Copper. The solvents used are acetone, methylene chloride, methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, n-hexane and/or petroleum ether (boiling range: 90℃~120℃).
