Scope
This document specifies the principle, apparatus, sampling and injection, calibration, analysis, precision and test report for the determination of sulfur compounds in natural gas by gas chromatography. This document is applicable to the determination of hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide, C1~C4 alkylmercaptans, tetrahydrothiophene (THT), sulfur-containing compounds, and total sulfur. The measurement range is 0.1 mg/m3 to 600 mg/m3. Note: Different detection methods in the appendix can be selected according to the situation of the sample. With different detection methods, the measurable components and concentrations of sulfur-containing compounds will be different.
