DBS64/ 001-2022 Local food safety standard for wolfberry. This standard replaces DBS64/ 001-2017 Local food safety standard for wolfberry. DBS64/ 001-2022 Local food safety standard for wolfberry. This document specifies the technical requirements, food additives, and production and processing procedures of wolfberry. Hygienic requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This document applies to various varieties of dried wolfberry fruits processed by hot air drying or natural drying. This standard replaces DBS64/001-2017 local food safety standard for wolfberry.
