This standard specifies an ion chromatography method for the determination of hydrogen fluoride in waste gas from stationary pollution sources. This standard is applicable to the determination of gaseous fluoride in waste gas from fixed pollution sources, expressed as hydrogen fluoride concentration. It cannot determine carbon fluorides, such as Freon. When the sampling volume is 120L and the constant volume is 200ml, the detection limit is 0.03mg/m3 and the lower determination limit is 0.12mg/m3; when the constant volume is 500ml, the detection limit is 0.08mg/m3 and the lower determination limit is 0.32mg/m3 .
