Scope

This standard specifies a test method for measuring the shear strength of the bond between the pipeline anti-corrosion layer and the metal. This standard is applicable to the determination of the shear strength of the bond between the pipeline anti-corrosion layer and the metal through the test of standard single-sided lap joint specimens under specified preparation and test conditions.
