Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the design, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance requirements for the YLJ type single-stage cantilever double-acting liquid ring chlorine pump. 1.2 This standard is applicable to liquid ring pumps that suction or transport dry chlorine gas with a discharge pressure of less than 0.3 MPa. The working conditions are that the purity of chlorine gas is not less than 90% and the water content is not more than 0.6%. The temperature of the human pump should not be higher than 40°C, the circulating fluid should be 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, and the temperature of the human pump should not be higher than 30°C.
