- Scope
- This part specifies the cross-sectional dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of railway boxcar door frame cold-formed steel that is resistant to atmospheric corrosion (hereinafter referred to as boxcar door frame cold-formed steel). This section applies to cold-rolled steel strips produced on continuous roller cold-bending machines. It is not suitable for steel sections produced by drawing, stamping, bending, etc.
