Scope

This standard specifies the p-aminodimethylaniline colorimetric method for the determination of sulfide ions in water. This standard is applicable to the determination of sulfide ions in coal mine industrial water, domestic water, surface water and groundwater. When 25mL of test water sample is taken, the measurement range is 0.08~1.00 mg/L. Diluting water samples can expand the measurement range.
