This standard specifies the method for measuring the fatigue resistance properties such as the retention rate of the breaking strength of the dipped cord and the adhesion and peeling force after the strip sample made of the dipped cord and rubber vulcanized is subjected to flexural fatigue. This standard is applicable to the determination of the fatigue resistance of dipped cords made of synthetic fibers, and can also be used for the determination of the fatigue resistance of dipped skeleton materials such as dipped ropes and dipped canvases made of synthetic fibers.
