Scope

This standard specifies the phenol disulfonate colorimetric method for the determination of nitrate ions in coal mine water. This standard is applicable to the determination of nitrate ions in coal mine water. Under the conditions specified in this standard, the solution concentration range for determining nitrate ions is 0.2~ 8 mg/L.
