- This standard specifies the mechanical seal type, main dimensions, markings and technical requirements for a glass-lined stirring shaft installed on the upper part of a glass-lined mixing vessel. This standard is applicable to mechanical seals for glass-lined mixing vessels with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1 MPa and a temperature of the working medium in the container less than or equal to 200~C. The outer diameter of the stirring shaft (or sleeve) is 40mm ~ 140mm, and the linear speed of the rotating shaft is less than 2m. /s.
