Scope

This standard is applicable to the measurement of insulation resistance of insulating paint films, that is, applying a certain DC voltage to the paint film, using a high resistance meter to measure the volume resistance R|(v) and surface resistance R|(s), thereby calculating the paint film. The volume resistivity P|(v) and surface resistivity P|(s). P|(v) is expressed in ohms·cm, and P|(s) is expressed in ohms.
