This standard specifies methods such as chlorophosphine azophotometry, oxalate gravimetric method, chlorophosphine azophotometry I, and copper reagent separation EDTA complex titration. This standard is applicable to the determination of total rare earth content, silicon and magnesium in rare earth magnesium alloys (i.e. spheroidizing agent). This standard complies with GB/T 1467-1978 "General Provisions and General Provisions of Standards for Chemical Analysis Methods of Metallurgical Products".
