- This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of low-voltage electrical appliance impulse voltage testers. This standard is applicable to impulse voltage testers whose rated output impulse voltage wave peak is 30kV and below and meets the impulse voltage test specified in GB 1497.
