Scope

This standard specifies the inspection methods and grade assessment of the air tightness of hydrogen-cooled motors during production, installation, overhaul acceptance and normal operation. This standard applies to hydrogen-cooled motors (generators, condensers); it also applies to the air-tightness inspection of components on hydrogen-cooled motors, as well as hydrogen, water system pipelines and pipeline connection devices.
