Scope

This standard specifies the inspection methods and grade assessment of the sealing of hydrogen-cooled motors during production, installation and handover, overhaul acceptance and normal operation. This standard applies to hydrogen-cooled motors (generators, condensers); it also applies to components on clean-cooled motors, as well as hydrogen, oil, and water system pipes and devices connected to the pipes.
