Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, education, training and capabilities, information exchange and control, analysis and improvement, commitment and evaluation of integrity measurement requirements for catering enterprises (hereinafter referred to as enterprises). This standard is applicable to enterprises with legal business qualifications and the following aspirations: a) Establish, implement, maintain and improve an integrity measurement system; b) Comply with the stated measurement policy and committed measurement objectives; Demonstrate commitment to integrity measurement through the following methods Compliance with the code of conduct includes:  ——Carrying out self-evaluation and commitment to promote the construction of corporate culture;  ——Seeking external evaluation of its integrity measurement and obtaining recognition. Note: Catering enterprise groups or chain catering enterprises are encouraged to establish a measurement management system in accordance with GB/T 19022 and create honest measurement units.
