Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging contents of plastic Rockwell hardness testers (ELMRPSV standard). This standard applies to plastic Rockwell hardness testers used to measure the Rockwell hardness and a hardness of plastics in accordance with GB 9342 "Plastic Rockwell Hardness Test Method".
