- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of tension and compression fatigue testing machines. This standard applies to electronic measurement and force-controlled tension and compression fatigue testing machines for metal testing with a maximum dynamic force of ±1000kN and a frequency not exceeding 400Hz. This standard also applies to testing machines used under special conditions (such as high and low temperatures, corrosive media) and with accessory devices (such as program control devices), but this standard does not stipulate these special conditions and accessory devices.
