Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of diethylstilbestrol residues in livestock and poultry meat by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). This standard applies to the determination of diethylstilbestrol residues in fresh chicken, beef, pork and mutton. The minimum detection limit is 1.25ng (when sampling 5g, the minimum detection concentration is 0.25mg/kg)
