Graphical symbols are used to provide a simplified, drawn presentation of measuring instruments, auxiliary equipment and teacher within the field of longitudinal testing technique. By using the individual graphic symbols, measuring systems consisting of different elements can be specified. They can be combined arbitrarily and can be used for different purposes, e.g. for testing and measuring procedures, in technical articles and textbooks.
