Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation methods and energy saving and consumption reduction guidance for the energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limit of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipe manufacturing enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction, renovation and expansion projects.
