Scope
This standard specifies the qualification requirements for solid waste water container transportation units, the technical requirements for container transport ships and solid waste special containers, as well as personnel, environmental protection, and navigation requirements. This standard applies to the water container transportation of municipal solid waste in Shanghai, but the transportation of special waste such as hazardous waste and medical waste is not within this scope.
