Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for site selection, graphic design, architectural design, indoor environment, safety and protection, building facilities and electrical construction of a second-class standard meteorological measurement laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the laboratory). This standard applies to the construction of laboratory building environment and supporting facilities.
