Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, labels, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride by the recovery method of fluorosilicic acid. This standard applies to anhydrous hydrogen fluoride produced by the recovery method of fluosilicic acid. This product is mainly used to prepare electronic grade hydrofluoric acid, fluorinating agent, fluorohaloalkane, reagent hydrofluoric acid and other fluorine-containing products.
