Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, calculation methods and energy-saving management of energy consumption per unit product of the metal vacuum heat treatment process in the heat treatment industry in Shanghai. This standard is applicable to the energy consumption calculation, evaluation and assessment of metal vacuum heat treatment processes in professional factories engaged in metal heat treatment processing in the Shanghai area and online factories within enterprises. Other units shall refer to this standard. For any projects involving aerospace, nuclear power, military industry, new product trial production or national special major projects due to performance testing and quality assurance needs, the energy consumption per unit product of metal vacuum heat treatment does not fall within the scope of this standard.
