Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, calculation principles, calculation scope, calculation methods, and energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) of silicon single crystal and silicon single wafer. This standard applies to silicon monocrystals, including semiconductor-grade silicon monocrystals and solar-grade silicon monocrystals; silicon monocrystal wafers, including silicon monocrystal wafers for semiconductor devices and silicon monocrystal wafers for photovoltaic solar cells (hereinafter collectively referred to as silicon wafers).
