Scope

This standard specifies the method for correcting the tar and carbon monoxide detection data in mainstream cigarette smoke to standard atmospheric pressure conditions. This standard is applicable to the correction of ISO standard smoking mode detection data for tar and carbon monoxide in mainstream cigarette smoke under atmospheric pressure conditions of 78.0 kPa ~ 101.3 kPa.
