Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, storage, marking, labeling, supply completeness, quality assurance and inspection methods of digital relay protection test devices. This standard applies to the design, production, inspection and application of digital relay protection test devices (referred to as test devices).
