Scope

This standard specifies the safety requirements, test methods, and labeling methods for automobile window cleaning fluids. This refers to a glass cleaning liquid (hereinafter referred to as ‘cleaning liquid’) used to clean the windshield glass surface of automobiles with a wiper.
